Every role, every project taught me something new. That’s why today, I can lead teams, scale ideas, and still know when it’s time to roll up my sleeves and dive in.
The JourneyI didn’t take the traditional route—I built my creative career layer by layer, from ink on paper to pixels on screens. It started with designing glossy layouts for a luxury lifestyle magazine in San Diego. Eventually, I taught myself enough code and web design to bring their digital presence in-house. That kicked off a path defined by curiosity, hands-on hustle, and a drive to always level up.
From there, I joined an agency focused on ad and packaging design—cutting my teeth on CPG work for brands like Meguiar’s. Under the mentorship of a classically trained Creative Director, I learned packaging the old-school way: by doing, refining, and doing again.
Next came Sunless, Inc., where I leveled up from freelancer to in-house Creative Director. I built and led a design team, managed dozens of SKUs, and worked directly with the inventor of Mystic Tan—an experience that mixed invention, execution, and entrepreneurial grit.
That momentum carried into roles across health & beauty, biotech, and startup ecosystems. I helped refine brands, launched Kickstarter campaigns, and earned a design patent while shaping go-to-market strategy at OOTBOX. At every stop, I brought fresh creative energy and UX thinking to the table.
Today, I bring a full-spectrum view to creative leadership. At Invivoscribe, I brought all outsourced marketing in-house under one vision—leading teams across product, brand, and marketing. At Rhythm, I returned to agency life, scaling design systems, expanding my UX and content strategy chops, and pushing into AI-assisted workflows.
I’m equal parts builder and brand thinker. A hands-on creative who thrives in the gray area between strategy and execution—and still gets fired up every time a great idea takes shape.
A path paved in pixels, paper, and purpose—from the workshop to the war room.
As Senior Art Director at Rhythm, I led concept-to-launch creative for integrated brand campaigns, merging bold visual storytelling with smart strategy. I transformed client briefs into striking cross-platform work—digital, print, and video—while guiding a team of creatives toward standout, results-driven solutions.
At Invivoscribe, I led the development and execution of global marketing and brand initiatives, helping bridge science and storytelling across digital, print, and video. My work supported teams across North America, Europe, and Asia, ensuring consistent, effective creative that aligned with business goals and brand integrity.
At OOTBOX—a creative incubator and co-working hub for early-stage startups—I wore many hats, but design leadership was always at the core. I partnered with founders to shape ideas into brands, guiding visual identity, product thinking, and campaign execution with a mix of strategic clarity and experimental energy.
As a contract lead, I redesigned Noble America’s enterprise energy dashboard, helping visualize complex data through user-focused UI. I worked closely with consultants and developers to bring strategy and design into alignment.
At LazBro Digital, I led creative direction across a range of digital and mobile projects, translating user needs and brand goals into intuitive, visually engaging experiences. My work bridged design and development to deliver seamless, full-stack solutions.
As Creative Director, I led design and brand strategy across a diverse portfolio of beauty and wellness brands. I collaborated closely with in-house teams and executive leadership to guide end-to-end planning, design, and execution across digital, packaging, and print—ensuring every touchpoint delivered clarity, consistency, and impact.
At Hutcheson Group—a boutique packaging design studio—I worked closely with Creative Directors to shape print ads, branded catalogs, and distinctive packaging systems.
At Decor & Style Magazine, I led design across both print and digital—shaping editorial layouts, crafting high-end advertising spreads, and designing the magazine’s online presence.
