USSC partnered with us to redefine its image in the storage sector, adopting a streamlined, progressive design for both online and offline platforms. We overhauled USSC's visual identity, revamping elements from the logo to signage with a modern, functional look.
We also established brand guidelines that articulate the brand’s mission, vision, values, and style to all stakeholders. The slogan 'Life's Moments. Stored Well.' was woven into the website and all brand touchpoints to reinforce this fresh new vision.
By crafting a standout brand identity and applying it consistently everywhere, USSC's credibility got a major lift. The updated website, for instance, enjoyed a 27% rise in active users and a 15% increase in page views. Users are also sticking around longer on the storage unit pages, which means they're finding what they need, with a 12% boost in average engagement time and a 36% surge in 'view item' events.
