COREtec, part of the Shaw Industries family, is in a crowded flooring market where everyone's trying to stand out online. With a long sales process, they needed to grab potential buyers' attention and keep them interested for real connections.
By leveraging a comprehensive understanding of COREtec’s audience, we crafted a multi-channel strategy to engage customers where they spend their time online. We began with detailed plans for each initiative, utilizing paid media, CRM, organic social, and content development to create a unified experience that highlights differentiators and encourages action.
As part of the CRM ecosystem, we developed a lead-focused campaign anchored by two downloadable digital guides—a Design Guide and a Flooring Buyer’s Guide. Both pieces were intentionally styled as modern catalogs, offering inspiration and education in equal measure. The email journey drove users to download the guides, providing value upfront while subtly showcasing COREtec’s latest products in context with current interior design trends. This soft-sell approach generated qualified leads while reinforcing brand credibility through elevated, editorial-style content.
Our approach included customer journey mapping and conversion path analysis to better understand COREtec’s audience engagement. We also crafted a detailed multi-touch attribution solution that integrates all marketing channels and designed a customized reporting framework to address the client’s unique requirements.
